BUSINESS TERMS: Winter Season 2023/24
WE RECOMMEND VISITORS:
- to VERIFY WEATHER AND OPERATING CONDITIONS at the ski resorts BEFORE PURCHASING SKI PASSES;
- to check daily updated information about the condition of the ski resort on the website www.rtc-krvavec.si. The information includes current weather conditions, snow conditions, operation of the facilities, and additional offerings;
- to REVIEW THE PANORAMIC VIEW of the ski resort on the information board at the lower or upper station of the cable car and the TV picture at the ticket offices and at the entrance to the cable car BEFORE HEADING TO THE SKI RESORT, and choose ski slopes suitable to their skills and abilities;
- to familiarize themselves with the procedures for the withdrawal of ski passes in case of misuse of ski passes before purchasing;
- to head to the ski resort APPROPRIATELY EQUIPPED - with flawless ski equipment and suitable clothing, as part of the ski resort extends into the high mountains.
PURCHASE AND VALIDITY OF TICKETS
Tickets can be purchased based on the valid price list: with cash, debit cards (BA and Maestro) and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners) at the ticket offices at the lower and upper station of the cable car.
Vouchers can be exchanged for tickets at the ticket machine at the lower station of the cable car.
Ticket sales and control are carried out through computer-controlled cash registers and electronic readers. Visitors are required to register the ticket at the electronic control devices upon entering the facility. Visitors are required to show their ticket to the authorized person of the operator at the ski resort at any time and anywhere. The ticket control system is carried out under video surveillance, which we also warn ticket buyers about at the entrance stations to the lifts and at the RTC Krvavec ticket offices. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer is also acquainted with this fact.
By performing video surveillance of ticket control, we do not interfere with the privacy of customers and users, but only compare video clips of the passage of each ticket based on the serial number of each ticket, taking into account the legal provisions of ZVOP-1 (Personal Data Protection Act).
Ski passes are sold exclusively on the so-called »KeyCard«. KeyCard is a chip card onto which all our ski passes can be electronically applied. It allows contactless, therefore simpler and faster passage past readers/controllers when entering cable car facilities. A deposit of 3 € is required for the KeyCard when purchasing a ski pass. At the end of skiing, the deposit is returned at the cashier upon returning the undamaged KeyCard, but the undamaged KeyCard can also be used next time. Store it on the left side on the day of skiing. Carry only one valid ski pass with you, as if you store several passes, more than one pass may be used at the same time, for which the company does not recognize reimbursement.
During the operation of the ski resort, complaints regarding tickets are resolved by the ticket office at the lower station of the cable car and the information office at the upper station of the cable car Krvavec.
Any damaged ticket is replaced immediately. Ticket replacement is charged according to the price list.
Each sold ski pass indicates its validity. Depot tickets, which were purchased in pre-sale or in regular sale in advance, have the validity date marked at the bottom of the ticket.
Daily and hourly tickets allow one-time access and descent from the ski resort with the cable car on the day of first use.
Hourly tickets are valid on the day of purchase for the leased time from the first entry to the cable car facility until the time expires (bonus additional 15 minutes for the cable car ride upwards. The ride down the valley with the cable car is possible even after the time expires until the end of the cable car operation on the day of use).
Pre-purchased tickets (daily and 5x daily ticket in the season) are valid for two winter seasons, except for hourly tickets, which are only valid for one winter season.
The user of 2 - 5x daily tickets in the season freely chooses the days of skiing until the ticket is used up. The ticket is transferable, only one day from the ticket can be used daily.
The benefit of purchasing a family package for daily skiing can be used by families for a maximum of 2 adults (at least 1 adult + 1 child up to 14.99 years) plus children up to 14.99 years old and young people from 15 to 18.99. years, with appropriate proof (e.g., personal document). There are no additional discounts on the family package.
SKIALP daily ticket allows one-time access and descent from the ski resort with the cable car and use of the ski resort for the purpose of ascending and descending with touring skis during the operation of the ski resort on the day of first use. It is a uniform ticket valid for all age groups.
Multi-day tickets are valid for the purchased number of days, consecutively from the first use of the ticket;
The validity of each multi-day ticket can be extended at the price of the day from the ticket that the holder already has and wants to extend.
Season tickets with a photo are not valid without a photo of the holder.
It is not possible to change the validity of already purchased tickets, except when extending multi-day tickets with a surcharge.
Tickets with expired validity are extended for one winter season with a surcharge according to the price list.
»VIP« ticket is a seasonal ticket that allows VIP parking, VIP entrance to the cable chairlift, VIP entrance to the 6-seater Vrh Krvavec and VIP entrance to the 6-seater Zvoh. The ticket is not valid without a photo of the holder and is not transferable.
The seasonal ticket Mon. – Fri. is a uniform ticket valid for all age groups, not valid without a photo of the holder, not transferable and valid at the Krvavec ski resort, from Monday to Friday, except on holidays and legally non-working days. From March 15, 2024, onwards it is valid every day of the week. The ticket has 70 days of snow guarantee.
The Krvavec seasonal ticket with a photo is valid every day of the week for the Krvavec ski resort. The ticket is not valid without a photo of the holder and is not transferable.
Seasonal family tickets Krvavec are valid every day of the week for the Krvavec ski resort. Tickets are not valid without a photo of the holder and are not transferable. Tickets can be used by families for a maximum of 2 adults. These persons are spouses, parents or life partners with children and/or adolescents who are registered and live at the same address. The benefit of the family package can only be used when purchasing all tickets at once with appropriate proof of living at the same address and/or proof of family relationship. Children up to 5.99 years old (born in 2018 and younger) receive a free ticket for a media surcharge of 3 €. For an additional ticket to the family package (as the 5th member or more), children from 6 to 14.99 years old (born between 2009 and 2017) from the family who buys one of the family packages no. 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 are entitled. If there are more children of this age in the family, they can all receive an additional ticket. There are no additional discounts on the family package.
Season tickets are valid from the start of the official operation of the ski resort until the end of the official operation of the ski resort. The Krvavec seasonal ticket is considered used if the ski resort operates for 100 days. In case of shorter operation, the holders of season tickets are reimbursed a proportional part in the amount of 1% of the value of the season ticket for each day of early closure of the ski resort within 15 days of the closure of the ski resort.
»SKIALP« seasonal ticket with a cable car allows access and descent from the ski resort with a cable car and use of the ski resort for the purpose of ascending and descending with touring skis during the operation of the ski resort. It is a uniform ticket valid for all age groups, not valid without a photo of the holder, not transferable and valid every day of the week.
The annual one-way ticket for the cable car with a photo is issued in the name of the holder and is a non-transferable ticket. It includes one ride with the cable car and the 4-seater Tiha dolina chairlift per day.

Children up to 5.99 years old (born in 2018 and younger) ski for free in the company of parents. They receive their ski pass for a surcharge of 3 € for KeyCard. Only their parent can buy/pick up the card at the cashier by presenting a valid ski pass (which is purchased at the same time, or which they have from pre-sale) and personal documents for both. Also valid for holders of season tickets. If the parent only has a ticket for the cable car, the child cannot receive a free ski pass. A child without a ski pass is not insured on the cable car device in case of the responsibility of the ski resort operator.
All children who ski independently and/or ski in ski clubs, schools, and courses with a coach or team leader need a valid ticket.
Children's tickets are valid up to 14.99 years of age (born in 2009 and younger).
Young people from 15 to 18.99 years old (born between 2005 and 2008) have the right to purchase a youth ticket upon presenting proof of age.
Seniors over 65 years old (born in 1958 or earlier) have the right to purchase a senior ticket upon presenting proof of age;
The blind and visually impaired are entitled to a 50% discount when purchasing any ski passes on the day of the visit; disabled people I. and II. categories are entitled to a 10% discount on any ski pass on the day of the visit. Discounts are not cumulative;
Discounted tickets - for children, youth, seniors, disabled people I. and II. categories and their companions, students, are valid at a reduced price for those types of tickets that are specially marked in the price list upon presentation of appropriate proof of age or status. Tickets are only valid together with proof of age or status;
Tickets that include a return trip with the cable car allow one-time access and descent.
Upon request of the cashier, controller, or other official person, the skier who wants to claim the discount must prove the entitlement to the discount with an appropriate document, as well as parents or companions for the child's age.
The »night sledding« ticket is not a ski pass. It allows a return ride with the cable car and an unlimited number of rides with the 4-seater Tiha dolina chairlift during organized night sledding (on Fridays and Saturdays from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM). Departure down the valley from the Krvavec ski resort is possible until the end of the cable car operation.
Ski passes are not valid in the summer season.
REFUND POLICY AND LOST TICKETS
During the ski resort's operating hours, ticket-related complaints are resolved at the ticket office at the lower station and the information office at the upper station of the Krvavec cable car.
In case of injury to a skier, the holder of a season ticket is entitled to a proportional refund of the purchase price based on the claim.
A lost or damaged season ticket can be replaced upon payment of the replacement costs according to the price list.
TICKET MISUSE
Tickets are non-transferable, except for transferable season tickets and 2 - 5x daily in the season.
Users of tickets purchased at a discounted price must provide appropriate proof of eligibility for these discounts (student ID, personal ID, passport, etc.) upon identification.
Attempt or misuse of a ticket and violation of the rules of safe skiing are grounds for immediate confiscation of the ticket. An official representative of the company is authorized to confiscate tickets.
In case of ticket misuse or violation of order and safe skiing rules, the company reserves the right to initiate a misdemeanor procedure with the competent authority.
Users of tickets where an attempt or misuse of tickets has been detected are not entitled to any discounts in the following season.
PARKING AND USE OF PARKING SPACES
Parking or use of parking spaces at the lower station of the Krvavec cable car is free. Drivers are required to comply with traffic signs and the instructions of parking attendants.
The company assumes no responsibility for parked vehicles.
SAFETY OF OPERATION, DAMAGE TO DEVICES ON SKI SLOPES AND CABLE CARS
RTC Krvavec charges for any advertising on its facilities, devices, and parking lots according to the price list. Unauthorized advertising on facilities, devices, and parking lots is not permitted. The unauthorized advertiser must remove the advertisement at their own expense upon request.
If the company finds that a visitor has damaged a cable car or any other device on the ski slopes, it reserves the right to initiate criminal proceedings for damage to property and to file a claim for damages.
Smoking, the use of open flames, and littering cigarette butts (due to the risk of fire on the cable car route) and waste are prohibited on all cable car devices.
GENERAL PROVISIONS ON THE OPERATION OF CABLE CARS
All cable car devices operate on a self-service basis.
Users of any cable car device must master the technique of safe entry and exit from the device.
If visitors on a chairlift or tow lift require assistance with entry, they should timely ask for help from the cable car operator at the device.
Before entering the chairlift, skiers with snowboards must mandatorily unfasten one binding.
If, in addition to the circular cable car, 1 cable car device operates at the ski resort, it is considered that the ski resort is operating.
The operating hours of the lifts and ski slopes are published on the website and before entering the lower station of the cable car.
Visitors can order a special ride outside the working hours. The client pays the costs of the extraordinary launch and the costs of the ticket according to the price list.
Due to technical, organizational, economic, or natural reasons, the company reserves the right to change the operating schedule of cable car devices.

TRANSPORT OF PERSONS, CHILDREN, LUGGAGE, CARGO, AND PETS
Transporting children and pets in backpacks or on the chest on the cable cars is prohibited.
The transport of cargo is charged according to the price list (1 kg = 1 €) for all passengers who are not guests of the Krvavec hotel or the Muštrinka apartment house. The price of cargo transport does not include the assistance of company workers in loading and unloading, and the delivery of cargo throughout Krvavec. Assistance and delivery throughout Krvavec can be separately arranged and paid for.
The company assumes no responsibility for the untimely delivery and transport of improperly packaged cargo (damage, freezing, etc.). The cargo must be properly packaged and prepared for transport on cable car devices and protected against theft, otherwise, it must be accompanied by the owner or the owner's representative.
The transport of hang-gliders and paragliders on Krvavec is allowed with the cable car, the Gospinca chairlift, and the Tiha dolina four-seater;
The transport of pets is possible only with the cable car at the Krvavec ski resort. During transport on the cable car, pets must be properly secured (leash, muzzle, basket).
SAFETY, INSURANCE, AND LIABILITY
Children up to 14 years of age are required to wear a protective ski helmet at the ski resort.
Group leaders and coaches are responsible for the safety of skiers in the group.
Group leaders who use the training and competition slope must previously obtain permission.
In case of dangerous group leadership, unreported use of the slope, unreported ski teaching, the company prohibits further activities at the ski resort.
Skiers at the Krvavec ski resort use the facilities in the "Snow and Children's" park at their own risk.
Complaints, grievances, reports of physical injuries, and reports of equipment or cargo damage are accepted at the Krvavec information office at the upper station of the cable car or at the cashier at the lower station. For faster handling of compensation claims, we suggest that the consumer presents certain documents (a valid ski pass on the day of the injury, an official report of the ski accident from the ski resort supervisor immediately after the incident).
We recommend that visitors to the ski resort carry a confirmed health insurance card.
ACTIVITIES AT THE SKI RESORT, SKI SCHOOLS, TRAININGS, AND COMPETITIONS
Permission from the ski resort operator is required for all activities at the ski resort.
Written consent from the operator and payment of a fee according to the price list are required for all commercial activities at the ski resort.
Organized ski teaching at the ski resort can only be performed by professionally qualified workers who obtain prior written consent from the operator.
The organizer of an event or competition at the ski resort must pre-register it at the competent administrative unit. The organizer must enter into a contract with the ski resort operator to regulate mutual relations in using the ski resort for the event or competition and must attach the registration of the event or competition.
The organizer of the event, training, and competition must physically separate the part of the ski resort used for the event, training, or competition from the recreational areas at their own expense and with their own marshals (set up warning signs!).
Before the start of the event or competition, the organizer must ensure their own rescue service, a doctor, and permission from the competent administrative unit for organizing the event. It is advisable to insure participants in the race or training. After the event, the organizer must remove signs, protective equipment, and other devices from the slope.
NIGHT SLEDDING AT KRVAVEC
Before using the "Night sledding at Krvavec" program, each participant must be familiar with these rules. Participants up to 15 years of age must be informed of these rules by an adult.
Use of the track for night sledding and the Tiha dolina four-seater is associated with risks and is carried out at the participants' own risk. For the liability of Jecom Šport d. o. o. and RTC Krvavec, d. o. o., see the section Safety, Insurance, and Liability. Use of the track for night sledding is allowed only within the marked track and during the time previously determined by the operator or organizer. Users of the chairlift must unconditionally follow the instructions of the cable car staff. Transporting skiers with the Tiha dolina chairlift during night sledding is not allowed!
The "Night sledding at Krvavec" program is suitable for participants over 6 years of age, who do not have psychophysical problems and for whom the use of "Night sledding at Krvavec" would not represent a health or any other danger or risk for themselves or others. Children under 15 years of age can participate in the "Night sledding at Krvavec" program only in the company of a responsible adult and must wear a helmet.
All participants in the "Night sledding at Krvavec" program must follow the organizer's instructions and FIS rules, which determine the rules of behavior at the ski resort.
In case of violations of the safety instructions of the organizer and FIS rules, the operator or organizer does not assume any related compensation claims.
The operator or organizer reserves the right to demand that persons who do not respect these usage rules immediately cease using the track for night sledding and the Tiha dolina chairlift, and the authorized supervisor may confiscate the valid ticket in accordance with the provisions of the Ski Resort Safety Act.
The operator or organizer reserves the right to stop the activity for safety-technical reasons (fire, storm, thunderstorm, fog, wind, etc.).
Participation in the "Night sledding at Krvavec" program under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances that reduce psychophysical abilities is not allowed.
Using the sledding track outside opening hours and without a valid ticket is not allowed!
SKI TOURING AT KRVAVEC
Before using the "Ski Touring at Krvavec" program, every participant must be familiar with these rules. Participants up to 15 years of age must be informed of these rules by an adult.
Ski tourers are users of the ski resort and are therefore required to respect the basic FIS rules.
The use of the ski resort for ascending and descending with touring skis is allowed only during the operating hours of the ski resort.
Ascending and descending on ski slopes outside the operating hours of the ski resort is strictly prohibited.
Ascending is allowed only on the designated route for ski tourers.
Disregarding the rules of ascending is very dangerous for all participants at the ski resort and can be sanctioned by ski resort supervisors.
During descending or skiing, ski tourers are equal participants at the ski resort with other skiers and are obliged to ensure their own safety and the safety of others.
Ski tourers without a valid daily or seasonal ski or SKIALP pass are not allowed to use the ski resort.
SPECIAL SAFETY AND ORDER PROVISIONS AT THE SKI RESORT
Skiers must act responsibly towards themselves and others at the ski resort, not endangering or injuring themselves, others, or equipment.
Only skiing is allowed at the ski resort.
Skiers at the ski resort are obliged to follow the instructions of ski resort supervisors, cable car workers, and rescuers, and also to comply with orders from all warning and informational signs at the ski resort, FIS rules, and applicable laws regarding safety at ski resorts and cable cars.
SKIING contrary to FIS rules and the provisions of the law on safety at ski resorts and queue-jumping at cable cars is PROHIBITED. Violation can be punished with the immediate confiscation of the pass without compensation. An official representative of the company is authorized to confiscate tickets.
SKIING on closed slopes, marked with the sign "CLOSED SLOPE", and skiing outside groomed ski slopes is PROHIBITED.
ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION applies to crossing cable fences, with or without skis, as these limit the ski resort above cliffs and various types of (including snow) overhangs and cliffs. Also, SKIING in the forest, shrubbery, and outside groomed ski slopes is PROHIBITED.

Rescue service and first aid operate throughout the operating hours of the cable cars and can be called from all marked locations. Rescuers only monitor groomed ski slopes and open ski runs.
Skiing along the tow lift tracks is not allowed. Tow lift tracks can be crossed only at specially marked places.
Walking and tobogganing on ski slopes are not allowed.
Leading dogs on a leash or without it on ski slopes is not allowed.
Launching and landing hang-gliders and paragliders on marked and groomed ski slopes is not allowed.
Skiers must be prepared to encounter snow groomers or motor sleds on the ski slopes, especially on paths marked for the movement of groomers and sleds.
From 5:00 PM until 8:00 AM the next day, all ski slopes and areas are closed for grooming (winch cables of snow groomers cross ski slopes) and snowmaking. During the time when ski slopes and areas are closed, visitors to the ski center use the ski slopes (for walking, skiing, etc.) at their own risk, and the use of these is life-threatening. In any case, visitors are obliged to unconditionally follow both the instructions of the ski resort operator's staff and the audio and visual signals on the machines.
Riding motor sleds on groomed ski slopes is prohibited (by the Law on Safety at Ski Resorts), as well as outside groomed ski slopes (by the Regulation on the prohibition of vehicle driving in the natural environment).
The SZS recommendations for safe skiing are an integral part of these operating conditions.
Uniformed – visibly marked instructors of the Krvavec concession ski school with trainees can enter specially marked cable cars through specially marked passages.
Supervisors, uniformed guards, cable car workers, ski resort rescuers, police, and their companions have priority in bypassing the queue at all devices.
These operating conditions are compiled and published based on the provision of Article 54 of the Law on Cable Cars for the Transport of Persons (Official Gazette of the RS 126/03).
